We deliver within 12 miles of our shop in Offley, Herts SG5 3ED.
All local orders are hand delivered by myself or a team member. Not all villages are listed so if you are unsure please google to confirm distance or contact us to check.
Within 2 miles £2 - Offley, Lilley, Kings Walden
3-5 miles £4.00 - Hitchin, Hexton, Stopsley, Wigmore, Breachwood Green, St Pauls Walden, Whitwell, Pirton, Little Wymondley, Ickleford
6-12 miles £5.00 - Baldock, Letchworth, Arlesey, Shefford, Flitwick, Ampthill, Houghton Regis, Dunstable, Luton, Harpenden, Welwyn, Stevenage
If your location falls slightly over 12 miles and is not listed please let us know and we can do our best to deliver for you.
Please make sure you select the correct option at checkout.
Gift items can be posted by Royal Mail & Christmas Wreaths & Wreath kits can be posted by courier, please select this at checkout, this is available across the UK.

1) Products
1.1 Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.
1.2 Some flower and plant products may be harmful or poisonous, if you require further information please contact us.
1.3 Exact flower types included in designs may vary slightly, depending on availability. We reserve the right to substitute where required.
2) Delivery
2.1 Deliveries are made on the date you have selected when placing your order. These will be made anytime between 9am-6pm
2.2 If you require a specific delivery time please contact us before placing your order. There may be an extra charge for this service.
2.3 We do not offer flower delivery on Mondays or Tuesdays.
2.4 To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient, together with your contact telephone number & e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
2.5 In the case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, Funeral Directors, airports, hotels, and other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
2.6 Before placing your order, please review delivery cut-off times & prices

3) Products
3.1 Fresh Flower Bouquets & plants are available for delivery within a 12 mile radius of SG5 3ED, and these will be hand delivered by us. Gift products and some Christmas products are available for delivery across the UK and will be sent by courier.

3.3 Some flower and plant products may be harmful or poisonous, if you require further information before submitting an order please contact us.
3.4 All flowers are subject to availability and specific flower types may be substituted if there are any supply issues.
3.5 We guarantee the freshness of your flowers for 5 days from the date of delivery/collection providing care instructions are followed. Please email us within 24 hours if you have any issues with your order.
