So the Christmas decorations are up and the year is nearly over. 2019 has flown by! It has been the biggest year yet for Willow & Blossom and I am so proud of what I have achieved this year!
Although I have been a florist for 10 years, this is the first year I have been fully self employed, just working on my own business and freelancing for other amazing florists. And wow it has a been a busy year! I have loved every minute of it and have really been able to put my all into the business which feels great.
So what has happened this year...
March 2019 was when I took on my new studio space, on a farm just up the road from where I live in Bedfordshire. It has been so amazing to have such a large space to work from, plenty of room for all the flowers and also a great space to meet couples for consultations. I held an open day in April of this year where I met lots of lovely couples to discuss their wedding plans. We had a small select group of other wedding suppliers also in attendance and it was a great event. Watch this space for details on 2020's open day!
